Podcast #57 - Summer 2007 part 3 ::: podcast057.zip (68.3 MB)

DESCRIPTION: In my opinion this is one of the best podcasts to date and is not to be missed. Starting off with a bang and a personal favorite, Walletsworth grabs the immediate attention of the listener, and with a Jimmy Stewart squeezed in, it doesn't let go. Moving right along, Walletsworth is followed by the Plunger > Jimmy Stewart > Plunger > Jimmy Stewart double stacked sandwich! This is not to be skipped over people, and it has its glorious moments to say the least. With an In The Kitchen intro and a disco feel near the end; this block of music features heavy bass lines and will no doubt make you want to dance! Progressing as they always do, Umphrey's does a nice cover of the reggae classic Rainbow Country, originally by Bob Marley; which glides quite smoothly into Anchor Drops, further assisting the beach like vibes. Previously used as an introduction for Plunger, they satisfy your craving for more with a full, almost studio like version of In The kitchen. Finishing heavy and strong with THE Umphrey's anthem and classic Pay The Snucka; the spotlight shines on Stasik with this thumping closer. Played in its entirety, this podcast is nothing less than top notch; and will definitely keep you coming back for more! (HRH)
